Mizuno and the Rijksmuseum are joining forces again this year following their success in 2023, resulting in the limited edition Mizuno Contender Rijksmuseum. It is inspired by an ancient Japanese kimono from the Rijksmuseum’s collection—a stylish tribute to Japanese and Dutch craftsmanship.

The design incorporates the water pattern from the kimono, while the orange mane of the shishi is prominently featured on the tongue of the shoe. This sneaker perfectly blends symbolism with style.
