The limited edition Rijksmuseum x POLSPOTTEN collection brings historical motifs into the present through contemporary design. Among the results are these mouth-blown glasses, inspired by the floral pattern of a 17th-century tablecloth, which also appears in the renowned painting Still Life with Cheeses by Floris van Dijck. Classical shapes from the past are combined with rich textures and playful details. The vibrant colours are drawn from Majolica pottery, the predecessor of Delftware. Each colour features a unique floral motif from the tablecloth, turning every glass into a small work of art. Available in orange, blue, yellow, and green.
