Fairy Necklace Milkmaid

This beautiful necklace consists of a combination of colored glass beads, brass beads, a lapis lazuli gemstone and a silver plated charm with a symbol of hearts. Designed by A Beautiful Story and handmade in Nepal, especially for the Rijksmuseum matching the Milkmaid painting. The color of the lapis lazuli is the same color that Vermeer used in his famous painting. The lapis lazuli stands for friendship, connection and wisdom.
