Terms and conditions Flower Pyramid


  1. Only buyers who have placed an order during the promotional period via with a minimum order value of €50 (excluding shipping costs) are eligible to win the Flower Pyramid, which has a value of €275.
  2. The promotional period runs from 20 November 2018 to 31 December 2018. This promotional campaign only applies to orders placed during this period. Orders that are returned after purchase are excluded from this promotional campaign.
  3. The campaign falls under the Betting and Gaming Act and should be regarded as a promotional game of chance.
  4. The minimum age to participate is 18.
  5. The winner will be drawn at random and impartially. There will be one draw and one prize – the Flower Pyramid – only. The draw will take place on Thursday, 10 January 2019. A random number generator will be used to assign a unique number to each verified order.
  6. The winner will be personally informed within two weeks of the end of the campaign via the email address provided for their purchase. This means that only customers who have filled in a complete and correct email address can participate.
  7. Our decision on the winner is final and no correspondence will be accepted regarding the result.
  8. The Rijksmuseum can, at its own discretion and without prior notification, adjust or change this promotional campaign, as well as its terms and conditions, as long as this does not disadvantage the participants.
  9. The prize cannot be redeemed for money or other goods.
  10. Rijksmuseum employees are excluded from participation.
  11. In cases unprovided for by these terms and conditions, a decision will be taken by the Rijksmuseum.
